Arab Socials App Privacy Policy
Draft prepared: October 21, 2026 — effective date to be set on publication.
Draft for business verification. Confirm the highlighted operational details before publishing. This draft must match the app’s actual data practices and app-store privacy disclosures.
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how arb socials int llc (“Arab Socials,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with the Arab Socials mobile application, website, and related community services. Contact us at contact@arabsocials.com for privacy questions or requests. This policy covers our services; independent services linked from the app have their own policies.
2. Information you provide
Depending on the features you use, information you provide may include your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, age or date of birth, profile photos, city, interests, preferences, and other profile details; posts, comments, group contributions, messages, and uploaded media; event registrations, RSVPs, ticket purchases, and subscription records; business listings or networking information; and support inquiries, reports, and feedback. Some profile information, such as religious beliefs or ethnic background, may be sensitive under applicable law. Provide optional sensitive details only if you want them used and displayed for the selected feature. Where required, we will obtain separate consent.
3. Technical information and permissions
Operating an app or website can involve processing IP addresses, device and browser information, operating-system and app versions, access times, activity records, and diagnostic logs. These records can support authentication, security, troubleshooting, and service operation. Your device settings control permissions such as notifications, camera, photos, microphone, or location where a feature requests them. You may revoke permissions in device settings, although the related feature may no longer work. A city you enter in your profile is different from precise device location.
CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLICATION: Identify the exact technical data and SDKs used; whether precise/background location, contacts, advertising identifiers, camera, microphone, or photo access is collected; and how each permission is used.
4. How we use information
We use information as needed to create and manage accounts; display profiles and member content; enable member connections, messaging, groups, and networking; administer events, tickets, subscriptions, and business features; respond to inquiries; investigate reports and enforce community rules; prevent fraud and unauthorized access; diagnose problems and improve functionality; and meet legal obligations. Where a feature recommends people or content, it may use relevant profile information, interests, preferences, and activity. We will request consent where required for optional uses of sensitive information or other processing.
5. Profiles, content, and member interactions
Information you put in a profile, post, comment, group, or business listing can be visible to other members or the public depending on the feature and the audience presented when you share. Messages are shared with their intended recipients. Do not post information you want to keep confidential. People who can view content may copy, screenshot, save, or redistribute it. We cannot control copies retained outside our services. Your email address, phone number, and private messages do not become visible to every member simply because you accept our Terms. Disclosure depends on the feature you use, the information you choose to share, and applicable settings. Authorized personnel may access relevant account information, content, or communications when needed for support, security, abuse investigations, or legal obligations.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Paid event tickets purchased through the app are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are processed by the applicable app store. Payment providers handle payment credentials under their own privacy policies. Arab Socials does not store your full payment-card number or security code for these transactions. We may receive transaction references, purchase amount, payment status, limited payment-method details, and subscription status to fulfill purchases, manage access, and address payment inquiries. Organizers connecting a Stripe account provide onboarding information to Stripe. Review Stripe’s privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy and the applicable Apple or Google privacy notice.
7. When information is shared
We share information with other users or event participants as described in the feature you choose; with authorized providers that help operate hosting, development, support, security, communications, or payments; when you direct or authorize us to share it; and when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, protect rights or safety, or investigate fraud or abuse. Event organizers may receive the registration and attendance information necessary to run an event. Relevant information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable legal requirements and notice. Service providers must handle information under appropriate contractual restrictions and applicable law.
CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLICATION: List actual providers and any affiliates with access, the data each receives, and the event attendee details supplied to organizers. Confirm whether any personal information is sold, shared for cross-context behavioral advertising, or used for targeted advertising. Do not publish a “we do not sell or share” statement without verifying those practices.
8. Communications and marketing
We send necessary account, purchase, security, support, and legal communications. Optional promotional messages are subject to applicable law and your choices; we request separate consent where required. You can unsubscribe using an email’s unsubscribe instructions or contact contact@arabsocials.com. You can manage push notifications in device settings and any notification controls offered in the app. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service messages. Agreement to the Terms or acknowledgment of this policy does not itself provide consent to promotional SMS, automated marketing calls, or unrelated third-party marketing.
9. Cookies, analytics, and tracking
Websites and app integrations may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, security, and other disclosed functions. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although some features may be affected. Any nonessential analytics or advertising technologies must be described accurately and operated with the choices or consent required by applicable law.
CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLICATION: Inventory actual cookies, analytics and advertising tools, their purposes, retention periods, and opt-out controls. Confirm whether Apple App Tracking Transparency applies and how applicable browser opt-out preference signals are honored.
10. Retention and deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, meeting legal and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, and establishing or defending legal claims. Retention depends on the type of information, account status, the purpose of processing, and applicable requirements. You may request account deletion through the app’s available deletion feature or by emailing contact@arabsocials.com. We may verify your identity before acting. Deletion requests are subject to lawful exceptions; we will explain relevant limitations when responding. Uninstalling the app does not itself delete your account or cancel a subscription. Manage Apple or Google subscriptions through the relevant store. Content copied by others may remain outside our control.
CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLICATION: Specify actual retention periods or concrete criteria for accounts, messages, logs, transaction records, reports, and backups; the in-app deletion steps; deletion timing; and when backup copies expire.
11. Your privacy choices and rights
You may edit available profile fields, change available sharing preferences, revoke device permissions, opt out of marketing, or request account deletion. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of specified advertising, sales, sharing, or profiling; and appeal a denied request. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions. Send requests to contact@arabsocials.com. We may request information proportionate to verifying your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful refusal. To appeal, email the same address with the subject “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. You may complain to the relevant privacy regulator where that right applies.
12. International processing
Arab Socials operates in the United States. Information may be accessed or processed by authorized personnel or service providers in other countries, where privacy laws may differ. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional safeguards, we must implement those requirements; accepting this policy does not replace them.
CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLICATION: Identify hosting and support/development access countries and the actual safeguards for restricted international transfers. If EU/UK laws apply, identify the relevant legal bases and any required representative and transfer arrangements.
13. Security and reports
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We will investigate personal-data incidents, take appropriate response measures, and provide legally required notifications. Report suspected security issues, harmful content, or misuse of personal information to contact@arabsocials.com or through the website’s Contact Us form. Avoid including passwords or full payment-card details in reports. Nothing in this policy waives privacy rights or authorizes unlawful disclosure.
14. Adults only
Arab Socials is intended for people aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow children under 18 to create accounts. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact contact@arabsocials.com so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.
15. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in features, practices, or legal requirements. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where legally required. For privacy requests, complaints, or questions, contact arb socials int llc at contact@arabsocials.com or use the website’s Contact Us form.
CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLICATION: Add the business mailing address and any legally required privacy representative contact details.
