• The refund amount will be the amount paid minus the $5 (the $5 stays with Arab Socials).

• Organizational structure and funding: Arab Socials is an LLC registered in the USA. We do not receive funding from any foreign governments. All our revenue stems from event promotion and ticket sales.
• Data collection: Arab Socials operates on the WhatsApp platform. When joining our WhatsApp community, members are asked to provide basic information such as their name, nationality, and social media page as part of a high-level screening process. This data is collected through our website built on WordPress and safeguarded by WordPress. It is used solely for sending event emails to subscribed members, who retain the option to unsubscribe at any time. Like any organization, knowing our members and their backgrounds enables us to enrich the user experience and customize events for our target audience.
• Profits: As a venture in its nascent stages, Arab Socials is currently operating on a break-even basis financially. All profits from our events are funneled back into the organization to enrich the member experience, ensuring that no individual benefits financially from our operations. While we are exploring avenues for growth like any business, we remain steadfast in our commitment to upholding the value we provide to our community. Our aspiration is for Arab Socials to become a household name, celebrated for its dedication to fostering a safe and inclusive space for our community. We warmly welcome feedback from our members and deeply value your support.
